I take 75% payment advance of any project and will complete the work on time. The rest of the payment should transfer after completing the project and then I will send you all the designs or files that you need.

I will work with you to resolve any disputes that may arise during a project. If a project is canceled by you, the (75%) advance payments made will not be refunded.

Proprietary Restrictions:

My website and services, including all content and designs used on or provided through the website and services, are my property and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any content or design/mockup from my website or services in any manner that infringes my rights.

Confidentiality:

Any information or materials provided by you to me in connection with my website and services will be treated as confidential and will not be shared with any third party without your express consent.

General Terms:

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and me regarding the use of my website and services. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

User-Generated Content:

You may submit comments on my blog posts. If you want, I can showcase your project in my portfolio section with your permission.

Ownership:

You retain all ownership rights in your content, but you grant me the rights described in the User Generated Content section above.
